Marcin has worked with private equity-backed portfolio companies, local champions, and multinationals. His search background spans automotive, construction, power generation, and renewables. He is passionate about all energy transformation areas including nuclear, solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, and battery energy storage.
Prior to joining Heidrick, Marcin led a successful Central Europe-focused search boutique establishing a reputation for competence and rigorous delivery. He worked in the financial services, TMT, and retail sectors focusing on serving market disruptors, and corporate and private capital in high-growth scenarios.
For many years, he has placed senior candidates into partner roles at MBB, strategy boutiques, and BIG4 while helping to build internal consulting or strategy teams.
