He focuses on impact-oriented transformation and organizational change management, trust-based collaboration, and personality-oriented staffing of interim top-management positions. He focuses primarily on mechanical engineering and plant construction, energy and electrical engineering, chemicals, telecoms, and IT.
Before joining Atreus, he had several senior management positions at leading high-tech companies, including general manager at Air Liquide Germany and CEO of Carbagas AG.
