Naomi designs and delivers client leadership projects, providing insights to individual leaders and teams to help them better understand and enhance their performance. She also has experience on various projects, including board and team acceleration.

Naomi assesses leaders for selection, development, succession, and M&A. She has designed large multilevel assessment projects and co-designed multiple innovative leadership development programs, integrating digital and face-to-face delivery methods.

Naomi was part of a Heidrick team that delivered the first-to-market digital assessment solution and leads the design and global delivery of assessment training and accreditation for Heidrick consultants. She is a certified user of a broad range of assessment and psychometric tools.
