Peter has over nine years of executive search experience, with a strong focus on senior-level international placements in the industrial, automation, automotive, engineering, and logistics sectors. He has deep expertise in finance roles—ranging from CFOs and controllers to accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations—as well as in key operational positions. His thorough understanding of these complex functions allows him to identify and place exceptional leaders who drive innovation and operational excellence.

Before joining Heidrick, Peter began his professional career at another leading global executive search firm. There, he was a research associate within the industrial practice, gaining in-depth experience across finance, general management, IT, and sales functions. He is fluent in German and English.
