TA Mitchell

TA led a team to operationalize Heidrick’ intellectual property on Accelerating Performance for the organization, team, leader, and board. She continues to lead product management across all consulting offerings. TA has a background in large-scale program management, including IT-enabled change. Her experience crosses several sectors, including finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil and gas, and outsourcing. She has a particular focus on accelerating board and team dynamics to accelerate performance.

TA has led a number of high-profile projects, working with executive teams to build individual and team capabilities needed to shape and lead a major growth agenda; working with the top team to provide clarity on the strategic intent to become a major global outsourcer and then built their operating model, and organizational and team behaviors to underpin the future strategy; and leading large scale assessment of the top talent in a number of sectors to focus on the development of the leaders aligned to the corporate strategy. TA has worked with the FRC providing a response to the European Commission on the UK ‘Comply or Explain Model’ for the London Business School Center for Corporate Governance.
