Mission-Critical Program Management
January 11, 2015
1 Min Read
A vertically integrated Managed Care Organization faced a rigorous re-certification that was straining the resources of its lean internal team.
We delivered a program manager who had trained at Deloitte and KPMG and had 10+ years of healthcare provider experience. Over the course of the next 9 months, he coordinated the work of multiple internal groups to bring the project to its successful completion. Client teams were free to focus on their individual deliverables—without sacrificing communication or clarity.
